Scope and contact
This website is operated by Dentfluence Healthcare, Mumbai, India, under the Dentfluence brand. This notice explains how we handle information from visitors and prospective clinic clients using this website and its enquiry form. For privacy questions, corrections, deletion requests or complaints, email dentfluence@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Client projects may have additional written data-handling terms.
Information you provide
An enquiry can include your name, clinic, city, mobile number, email, professional role, treating dentist, registration number and council, preferred plan, existing website, website requirements, content readiness, timeline, call preferences and message. We record contact consent, pricing acknowledgement and any optional WhatsApp consent. Please provide business contact details and do not send patient records or other sensitive patient information.
How we use information
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, assess requirements, verify the brief where needed, arrange a conversation, prepare a proposal and follow up on your request. Enquiries are stored in our CRM and may be included in internal email notifications. Technical information such as IP address and server logs may be used for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. An enquiry does not subscribe you to promotional marketing.
Email, WhatsApp and service providers
We use Gmail for enquiry email and notifications. Hosting and other providers involved in operating the website may process technical or enquiry information for those services. Their processing may take place outside India. Only authorised staff and providers supporting the service should access the information. We do not sell enquiry details. The WhatsApp brief form prepares your name, clinic, city, Google Business Profile link or help request, plan and requirements in your browser. Choosing “Continue to WhatsApp” passes those draft details to WhatsApp; you decide whether to send the message. The brief form itself does not save a CRM lead or use browser storage. Optional WhatsApp consent on the CRM enquiry form concerns updates about your enquiry; separate marketing requires a separate choice.
Cookies and external services
The current public pages do not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosted enquiry form uses essential session and security cookies, including protection against forged submissions. Website fonts are requested from Google Fonts, so your browser sends technical request information to that service. Portfolio links lead to independent websites with their own privacy practices. This notice will be updated if tracking or other data uses change.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry information while it is needed for enquiry follow-up, any resulting project, security, dispute handling and applicable recordkeeping. CRM enquiries, emails and logs may have different retention periods; we do not currently promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days. You may request deletion of information no longer required. We use access controls and secure connections where deployed, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Email us to request access to the information you submitted, correct it, ask for deletion, withdraw enquiry-contact consent or stop optional WhatsApp contact. We may ask for enough information to verify the request. Withdrawal applies to future contact and processing based on that consent; records needed for an existing service, dispute or legal requirement may still be retained. We will explain any limits when responding.
Intended users and changes
The enquiry form is intended for adult dentists and authorised clinic decision-makers. If a child has submitted information, a parent or guardian may contact us for assistance. Updates to this notice will be shown on this page with a revised date.
