This website is operated by Dentfluence Healthcare, Mumbai, India, under the Dentfluence brand. These terms describe use of the Dentfluence information website and enquiries about our website services. You may use the website to review our work, compare plans and contact us. Questions may be sent to dentfluence@gmail.com. A paid project begins under an agreed written proposal or service agreement; these website terms do not replace it.
Submitting an enquiry requests a conversation. It does not place an order, confirm an appointment, create a delivery deadline or authorise payment. Provide accurate information and submit on behalf of a clinic only if you are authorised. Do not include patient information, misleading claims or material you are not permitted to share.
Published starting fees are ₹39,999 for Presence (up to 20 pages), ₹59,999 for Growth (up to 40 pages) and ₹79,999 for Influence (up to 60 pages). The initial payment includes the first year of service. From year 2, published monthly fees are ₹1,499, ₹2,499 and ₹3,999 respectively. The proposal confirms scope, taxes, service start date, included hosting/domain/email arrangements and ongoing service limits before payment. Page counts are maximum capacity. Published prices may change for future proposals; agreed client terms are governed by their written agreement.
Content responsibilities, revisions, integrations, delivery dates, migration, support response expectations and update limits are agreed for each project. Delivery depends on timely content, access and approvals. The clinic must review and approve treatment information, professional credentials, claims, images and contact details before launch. Additional work or changed scope requires a written agreement.
Payment milestones, renewals, cancellation, refunds and any fees for completed work are specified in the written project agreement before payment. These pages do not impose a blanket no-refund policy. Contact us before paying if those terms are unclear. Any rights that cannot legally be excluded remain available.
Dentfluence branding and website materials may not be copied or misrepresented as your own without permission. Client-supplied content must be licensed or owned by the client. Ownership, licences, third-party assets, domain control, account access and handover for a commissioned website are defined in its project agreement. Portfolio examples and illustrative images do not establish ownership transfer or a promised result.
We do not guarantee search rankings, patient numbers, revenue or mentions in AI answers. Hosting, domain registrars, email, search engines and linked portfolio sites may have their own terms and availability limits. Clinical and business decisions remain the responsibility of the clinic. This website does not provide treatment advice.
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, submit spam or upload harmful material. Information is provided in good faith and may be updated. If you notice an error, contact us. We may restrict abusive use. Project-specific warranties and responsibility are agreed in writing; nothing here limits obligations or rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law, dispute arrangements and the full contracting address for a paid service will be stated in its written agreement. Updated website terms will carry a revised date and do not rewrite existing signed agreements.
